Scenic Drive: We drive up on one side of Monterrat hill and drive down the other side, so you see it from every angle and direction. The drive itself is one of the highlights of the Montserrat excursion.

This is not snow, but clouds covering the 1,000 ft deep valley! The location of the Monastery was wisely chosen so that on most cloudy or stormy days, it stays above the cloudline.
