Who gives the private tours?
All our collaborators are licensed tour guides, which means, among other things, they have instant access to even the most crowded museums and venues*.

What transport do you use for your private tours?
We hire luxury vehicles (AC, PA system, panoramic windows, wide trunk for luggage, easy step-in and out, polite and helpful drivers, etc.) according to the size of your party that are provided by registered operators meeting the legal (insurance) and technical requirements for the transport of passengers.
Though to cater to all travel budgets we also do walking tours and tours by public transport (combination of cabs, city buses, etc.), whose cost will be much lower.
What benefits do I get from the hassle of arranging a private tour?
Our tours are very easy to arrange: our reservation and payment procedures are simple and straightforward.
Your main benefits will be: privacy, comfort and freedom of movement, at your own pace.
Regarding costs, with parties of 10-plus, we are already cheaper than the equivalent mass-organized tours sold on an individual basis.
For smaller parties and luxury services, we are cheaper than the main luxury service providers because there are no intermediaries: you are in contact with the very professionals who will attend you.
How do I arrange a private tour?
1. Email us for an estimate, mentioning: date(s) of the tour, number of people in your party, type of tour you are interested in, and the places and times you would prefer to start and end your tour.
2. If you agree on the estimate, then just send us a mail requesting the service and that’s it.
We’ll be there at the agreed time and place ready to take your for a private tour of Barcelona...
You do not have to send money in advance nor credit card or private information to (yet) strangers. You pay after taking the tour and are satisfied with our services.
We just require a reconfirmation, by mail, phone or sms, a couple of days before the date.
What if need to cancel my private tour?
Our cancellation policy too is customer-friendly:
No cancellation fees if you cancel with more than 48-hour notice.
50 % of the amount if you cancel in the last 48 to 24 hours before the date of the tour.
100 % of the amount if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up.
If you are taking a cruise and your ship does not moor for unexpected reasons such as storm or bad weather, strike, etc. No cancellation fees due.
What does your tour estimate include?
Our service estimates or quotes cover the whole party (never per person); they include all related expenses (parking, toll taxes, etc.) except your entrance fees at the venues you wish to visit.
